Ingredients
- 4 cups grated baby carrots, uncooked (large grated matchstick)
- 3/4 cup poppy seed dressing
Supplies
- Foil baking cups
- Ice cream scoop
- Measuring cups
- Mixing spoon
- Serving dish
- Small containers
Directions
- Add shredded carrots to mixing bowl with the poppy seed dressing.
- Mix the carrots and dressing together.
- Refrigerate and chill.
- Use an ice cream scoop to fill baking cups with “hay"
Tip: If you want to get a little creative, cover the outside of small plastic cups with foil to resemble tiny pails that you can serve your haystacks in! Pop a wooden spoon in to represent a tiny barnyard pitchfork.
