Ingredients

  • Wedge of seedless watermelon
  • 1 lime
  • Mint leaves
  • Yogurt containers
  • Craft sticks

Directions

  1. Scoop watermelon flesh from the rind (picking out any seeds) and put it in the blender.
  2. Juice lime and add it to the blender along with a few mint leaves.
  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust mint and lime if necessary.
  4. Pour watermelon mixture into the yogurt containers.
  5. Cover the yogurt containers with small pieces of aluminium foil and push the craft sticks through the top into the mixture. This will hold the craft sticks up straight until the ice pops freeze.
  6. Place in freezer.
  7. Remove frozen pops from the yogurt containers and eat to keep cool!
