Small terracotta flower pot (one for each child)
Small flowers in soil (marigolds or other flowers that come in a tray)
Potting soil
Poster paint
Paint brushes
Stickers
Water
Instructions
- Have each guest bring a smock to protect their party clothes, or supply old shirts.
- Each child decorates their flower pot with paint and stickers.
- Make sure each pot dries before you fill it with soil and plant the flower.
- Instruct the children how to water their flower and put it in sunlight.
- Each guest can take their flower pot home as a party favor and watch it grow!
