Streamer Rainbow

Supplies

Paper plate

Cotton balls

Crepe paper streamers (multi-colored)

Craft glue

Safety scissors

Tape or stapler

Instructions

1. Glue the cotton balls to the center of the paper plate to look like clouds.
2. Have a grown-up help you cut long pieces of red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple crepe paper streamers.
3. Attach the streamers along the edge of the paper plate with a stapler or tape.
4. Now you have a beautiful rainbow to look at anytime you want, day or night!
