When Flippo the clown comes to Tarrytown and organizes a game called "The Funny Face Contest" we learn of Jay Jay's desperate need to win. The perfect opportunity arises for Jay Jay to make the funniest face ever, but it becomes stuck! Jay Jay learns that doing anything in order to win a game just isn't worth it.
Snuffy's Rainbow
Snuffy discovers that rainbows are special surprises that rainy days can bring but when he flies up to one, it disappears. Later, Snuffy has a dream where a beautiful rainbow explains that, like Snuffy's skywriting pictures, a rainbow is for everyone to enjoy from a distance for everyone to enjoy.
