Jessie is sitting in math class when a group of the other students decide to start making fun of her hair and clothes. The teasing becomes so loud and distracting that the teacher, Ms. White, has to repeatedly ask the kids to be quiet. But the kids continue to make a scene, until Ms. White is in danger of totally losing control of the class. She decides that, since Jessie is in the center of it all, Jessie should leave the room. She tells Jessie to report to the library for the rest of the class period. Jessie is very upset and thinks this is totally unfair.
