--Mj, 10

"Yup. I ever got stressed when I took the math test and it's harder than ever! It happened when I was in second grade. Everyone had to do it within 2 hours and the questions were too hard! Then, while I was still doing the test about 5 minutes after the test, the teacher took the paper away. I started to cry for a moment and got my paper back. I wasn't the only one. "

Some kids have the ability to write down the facts and are able to know the information in a snap. Or others are able to watch TV and contain the information visually. "One way to really ace a test and avoid the stress that usually comes with it is practice practice and more practice, but also, actually learning the material. That might not make that much sense, but it's different to learn than to memorize study material and notes. Also, while you are taking a test, keep your focus. Use helpful tools like imagery- something that athletes use to excel in the Olympics and events- to picture yourself getting an exceptionally good grade on the test. Do NOT let small things like other kids talking, noises out in the halls, or people getting up and down bother you. Picture you can do it, and you will not be that stressed for your test. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I LOVE TESTS! Everyone is quiet and I love a good challenge. Even if I do bad, I know I did my best. T-CAP is coming up and I CANT WAIT! Here is advice for kids who DO have trouble with tests. Don't look at it as a bad thing. Here are the good things to tests. -Depending on the test you might get an after party. (even if you don't you know you did your best) -It's quiet and calming and if you're stuck on a problem, then skip it. (it's not like you miss one and the world comes crashing down) -Don't panic about it. When you do it only makes you feel worse. You start to feel even more anxious then before. -If you get a test back and completely failed or did worse than you expected, then just reassure yourself you'll do better next time. And you have that feeling that you did your best. -DO NOT CHEAT! If you do the grade you get is worthless. You didn't earn it and you broke a rule. You didn't gain anything but a scar knowing you did it. THESE ARE MY TEST TAKING TIPS! ASSURED BY THE HAILEY INC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED (whatever that means) LOL ALLS I KNOW IS THEY WORK!"

"Me? no I don't get stressed. In my opinion I think the classroom is divided in 2 groups. The smart ones and the dumb ones. I'm a smart one by the way. Dumb ones don't get stressed about tests. Oh and by the way I don't use Internet slang because I'm too gifted..."

--Daniella, 10

’ÄúI don't get stressed on tests or anxious on tests. I have a great grade average, and love school. Really a test is just a piece of paper with questions on it. Answer as best you can. Think the question through it might have some key words you missed that will tell you the right answer. If you didn't do so well on a test look at it figure out what you need to work on and ask your teacher what you can do to bring your grade up. Teachers actually like it when you do that. It shows you really care about your education.’Äù
--Nick, 13

If you have something in the way, tell somebody. Don't just leave it, or u will do so bad in school. Cut some of it down. I was doing 30 kinds of dancing but now I only do 23. Make room. Tell your dance teacher or piano teacher or something that you want the scholarship. But I have to study and get good grades too. That's what helped my life on tests. And don't forget to practice!!!!! Plus don't think it's a test. It's normal. It's just something normal!!!"

"The question that would get me prepared for the MSA exam math, I need the question to study and understand it. So it is very important that I study for my exam. Most of the students in America don't study for their tests or exams. They don't want to read at all. Actually I am from Nigeria. I want to know about the question of the MSA exam math. I want to make my parent proud of me, and show other people that I came from a good background. Thanks for your understanding."

I found out my average today, which is five weeks before report card time...I can raise my grade even higher!’Äù

I am just starting a new school, Maplewood Elementary. And I am from another school and my best friends are in that other district. And my friend Mckayla is moving to Arizona, and I am always left out or ditched by the popular girl at recess. And I can't find someone that knows this stuff.

--Taylor, 10

"NO!!! I love tests!!!"
--Chocolatelover, 11

"Test stress does not exist in my world. I do it by paying attention in class and doing my work, even though I never really study. But once I get my first A+ of the year, I am confidant..."

"I test like I am not stressed."

"I have one word for you (okay 4 words for you) : I LOVE MY SCHOOL!!! It is very COOL!!! Instead of lockers, we use plastic bins (you may think that is not cool). BUT, it's easier since we use the same classroom for all subjects (except math). That is only ONE reason why.....I. AM. NOT. STRESSED. FOR...MY. SCHOOL. TESTS!!! Well got to go. Signed, B. E. S. T. BEST!!! PS: THE WORST PART, PARTLY, is that I have to move to NEW YORK!!! Oh well, still gonna love it..."
--Best, 10

I don't get stressed about a test because I always do fine. I have a photographic memory, so studying is pretty easy.
--Courtney

I just flip or go through the pages of my book just before my test for I've revised everything. When I get my paper, I go through it & then drink some water. After finishing, I sit for 2/3mins &then start checking my paper as many times as I can.
--Anupria, 11

I was having trouble on tests because I would study, but I would also have pressure on myself. But then, even though I would study, I would not do so good!!!
--Janine, 10

U should not get test stress because u dont do any better.
--Samantha, 10

Well you see, I usually get A's in all the subjects, but the day the report came I always thought I was gonna fail math. But I always worried for nothing because, I got straight B pluses all year in math, which isn't so bad.
--Tessa, 10

Yes I get very stressed, but I study very hard and go to bed early and eat a special breakfast. And then the test is over, and I realize I stressed over nothing.
--Sydney, 9

If I get stressed on a test I move my leg up and down and breathe until I calm down.
--Alana, 11

Hey. Im going in 8th grade and I always think if I got a bad grade on a test that everyone will make fun of me for not getting such a good grade! I think since I get made fun of anyway, that if I got a bad score on a test it will be worse! So when Im taking the test, Im always scared if I will do good or bad! So u might not want advice from me, but when u take a test think about what your teacher will say when u get a good score!
--Whitney, 13

I constantly keep checking back 1, 2, no at least 3 times until I convince myself that I gave it my best shot and all I could do was hope that I got it right. Then, after we finish, I can't stop thinking about it. But that is only during Stanford testing. I love spelling and math tests. Thats how I feel about tests.
--Madison, 8

I prepare myself well enough to know have confidence in myself. But one of my friends uses a stress ball. I guess you can handle it many different ways. Just try to do your best, and that counts for itself.
--Kelsey, 13

I never get stressed.
--Dale

I have enough of being alone. How do I spend time with my friends?
--Linda, 8

Not everyone has time to do what they wanna do. Some people have to choose the more important things, just like me. I have school, so I dont sit on my laptop. Well Im not in school. Its summer, so Im free. But in the summer I do have stuff like camps, vacations, and more. So let me tell you something: not everyone can do everything. There is always a thing each person cant do.
--Inaara, 9

What I would do is first do the test. And if I fail, I ask to do another harder test to make up for it and only study and study. But if I keep failing, I ask the teacher for advice because they will help you.
--Alexandra, 8

Here's a fact. God loves you no matter if you got an A or an F. You'll still be the top dog to him. Grades aren't really important.
--Anonymous

When Im nervous about a test (science, math, etc. ) here's what I do: if I don't get something, I ask a teacher or a parent. Then after I get the information, I study 'til I drop. Studying may be boring, but it really helps. After you finish taking the test, make sure you check your work!
--Jordan, 10

On the State Test, I get really, really nervous. Because I didn't want to flunk 4th grade. At the last day of school my report card said I go to 5th grade!
--Jennifer, 10

I can't deal with test stress. It makes me sick and nervous inside while other people are breezing thought it.
--Ryo, 11

Tests don't freak me out that much, unless I didn't study. Then, well, I am terrified. But normally I tell myself I can't do this, cause if I say I can, I normally mess up. But when I say I can't do this, I normally try to prove myself wrong, and I pass with flying colors. : D.
--Jerrika

No, I don't feel stressed or nervous, because if I worry about getting an F, I will get an F! I also remember that I studied very hard and I should ace it!
--Paula, 13

Well, sometimes I do, then I remember all I have to do is check over my work! Also, I got soo stressed when I had to take a test over states locations and their capitals this year, and then I remembered it was soo silly to be nervous. I learned it all in 5th grade! But then I blanked out on the day of the test and I got an 85% (which on my school's crazy grading scale is a C+! Grr)! Darn!
--Ballerina<3, 13

Us kids in Florida have to take a major test called the FCAT. You start taking the FCAT when you start 3rd grade. At first its reading and math. In 4th grade you take reading, math, and writing. In grade 5+, you take FCAT reading, math, and science. But science doesn't really count.
--Isache, 12

I take deep breaths and say to myself I know this, I can do this!!!.
--Tiffany, 12

Well first I make sure I take an early sleep the day b4 the test so I wont get sleepy on the test...And I make sure I eat a good breakfast in the morning. And then when its the test I just try my best. And sometimes when I dont get the question or anything, I take my best guess on the answer.
--Kimberly, 12

The Ohio achievement test was crucial. I ate breakfast every morning and during a hard question it felt like my Cookie Crisp was coming back up. But I remained sane and I passed to the ninth.
--Deja d4l

Im pretty smart so I usually don't worry that much about tests, but if there's a really hard question I can get pretty freaked.
--Alexandra, 9

Every time we are taking a test I try my best, but I never have fun. I had 100% in a test.
--Erline, 8

Of course! But thank god school is over. Yaaaaay!
--Lilly, 12

I am Christian homeschooled.
--Emily

Well, tests always make me nervous. I always flunk them. My brain cant store up so many things I have to memorize. Sometimes I get really mad and just start to break down and cry. But then I get over it. My parents give me a lot of pressure too but I dont blame them because I have to try a lot harder. But how would I be able to get a good grade on my test, when Im always so nervous and never have the time to study???? ><.
--J lin =], 13

I get so stressed. That I just feel like my whole head is just gonna fly off. Everyday in school I always thing that I am not smart enough to pass the test. But I just study really hard and just try my best and then I get a really good grade that makes so happy.
--Lea, 11

Every Thursday I have a math test and I freak. I dont know why, but I just do, and I dont get the grade I could have.
--Richie, 12

I love to cheat at school a lot. My name is Lisa H.

I got to tell you the truth I get darn nervous about test but when I do it is fine so Im not that worried anymore about test.
--Ashley, 10

It makes me overstudy, which makes me even more tired, then I just forget about everything and get a low score.
--Pam, 11

Yes. Sometimes I do get anxious when I have to take tests. I deal with it by taking a few deep breaths and realaxing and clearing my mind of all worries before I start the test (s).
--BusyGirl123

Yeahh; I get a little nervous. But I always hope that I'll do good. : ].
--MONiCA. : ], 12

I feel mad!!!!! I hate tests! And thats for sure!
--Hyper, 11

I love tests! They test your skill and you can build your self up off of tests. I think that tests are very important and cool!
--Timmothy, 10

I usually get stressed if I have LOADS to revise and have left it to the night before! But must of the time Im OK-ish.
--Adiana, 12

Sometimes I used to get so stressed, that I just felt like throwing a book in my head! I just wished somehow I could get smarter. Everyday at school, when I would look at the smart kids in the class, I felt like a idiot around them, I felt like a pre-schooler, but I studied hard, and my brother helped me, and I raised those Fs and Ds to As and Bs! Just give effort and never give up is what I say, don't be afraid of what others say, you can do it! And so can everyone else! HINT: Ask an adult or another sibling to go over problems of tests with you, or study with you.
--Zain, 11

Yesterday I graduated 1 grade. I also got to stay up late.
--Hailey

Not only do I freak out during a math test I think I have a learning disorder like dyslexia but with numbers I never gotten an +A on my homework or a test.
--Chanelle, 11

One time, there was this test that I studied for five hours. And, my luck, I freaked out and forgot everything!!!! I decided to relax and go over the books and the stuff I had to study. And...IT WAS WORTH IT!!! I got an A+!!! It was awesome.
--Karissa, 10

Sometimes I do get stressed but the thing that helps me is trying to remember what has happened in that subject over a certain period of time and sometimes I can remember things that really made me think about or really stuck out in my mind!!
--Michaela, 12

When I take test I get stressed out a lot. I just think of my cousin. That helps me a lot. So if anyone is having stress 4 a test, come see me.
--Anne, 13

One time I was about to take this huge test for school AND I WAS SO NERVIOUS that I threw up all over the desk and the floor. It was soo embarrassing!!
--Alexis B, 10

Im totally stressed right now. Since Im in 7th grade and it's the end of the year we have exams. These things are so hard sometimes. And you have 2 study everything. And I think that that's just to much for my brain and body to handle.
--Katie, 13

U know I don't panic, I remember what my dad said 'just say to yourself: Im not scared/exited Im going to relax and ace this test. ' It always works on me!
--Levi, 9

I dont get stressed out o all my tests...But sometimes I get a lil' teeny bit stressed at my maths test. When I look at a question and is something different I seem to panic but I m getting over it now because I started taking a few deep breaths before the tests and then think in my mind what I studies, how hard I worked and it all goes great...Now Im one of the top students at school...Trust urself, and remember u've worked really hard and dont stress and it will all be perfect! : P.

--Hamzah, 10

Yes, I do get stressed. I feel as if I am not going to pass because I need to get good grades and in elementary my parents would push me into getting good grades, and now I kinda do. But I am going to get a phone so I need to get good grades. And I stress more than ever, and I need good advice on how to keep calm, and sometimes I cant even talk because of my stress. So here is my advice: in lessons or teaching sessions, pay as much attention as you can and take as much notes as you can.
--Lorain, 11

Im so scared! Im in set 1 for maths but at the bottom end of it. I usually get 60%. On Monday (2 days away) Ive got a MASSIVE maths test including every subject in maths we've done!! And I cant remember ANY of it : ( I wish I could just get things into my head!!!
--Kate

Tests are just a way for the teachers to see how you are doing. Don't cheat because it's showing what your neighbor knows not you. Do your best. If you get a low score do extra credit. That's how you get on the highest honor role...
--Anonymous

Of course! Im a gifted person, so people always expect me to get 100%. It's very annoying because if someone that Isn't as smart as me" (not my words) gets a better grade than me, everyone's all Oh my god, you got a better grade than Emma! You must be smarter than her! I get SO fed up with it.
--Emma, 11

I hate tests. They freak me out. I feel like Im going to do so bad on them even if I was up half the night studying for it. I stress out a lot just because of a test.
--Alvia

I don't get stressed out when there is a test. Usually when you get stressed out, your brain works harder than it needs to and you just flunk. The only types of tests I get stressed out with are the ones that you have to memorize stuff for. But you should study a lot. It sort of builds up your confidence, like, I studied so hard I can's possibly flunk this. HOPE I HELPED! ;-D.
--Ana, 12

Well, the subject I really need to work on is MATH!!! I GET STRESSED SOOOO EASILY!! Im working to get my grades up...
--Yahya, 9

When I am stressed about a test I would take a nice hot shower in the morning and wear nice shoes that are comfortable and comfortable clothes. And then when it is time for the test I will clothes my eyes for 10 or 20 seconds and imagine that I am in my own little world and take a deep breath. And that is how I deal with a test.
--Brittany, 11

Both, and I deal with it by making the answers into a song. U see I luv to sing, so wat I do is when I am studying I sing. Of course I cant sing in class but I sing it in my head so it is easy for me. I luv to have a test because I sing at the same time. Why dont u try it? it is really fun trust me.
--Princess, 11

I don't think it is fair that other students get to have fun but I have to stay at home and work on my homework all night long...
--Jake, 10

"There was this test I had 2 take yesterday and I was stressin' out about it but it ended up being pretty easy!! That is usually the case with me, too. Tests can sometimes sound harder than they r, so as long as u study, u don't need 2 worry."
--QueenYogini, 11

"I get really stressed during math tests. If I'm freaking out over a problem I circle it and move on. Then, I come back to it and tell myself that I still have plenty of time, and I tell myself 'you can do it, you know this' But, most importantly I breathe deep breathes."
--No name, 13

"I would never get stressed or anxious when I have to take tests. I study for upcoming tests, but they get so easy because I study every night. Math tests are currently getting harder for me. I usually get C's on my tests, but I try to bring my math grade up. This is what I have to explain."
--Miranda, 12

"I still get stressed sometimes! Pop quizzes are the worst! Instead of getting all worked up about upcoming exams, I take breaks while I study so when it comes time to take the test I'm cool and levelheaded. Sometimes I have to remind myself that tests aren't scary! They're just a piece of paper! : )."
--Lindsay

Breathe...And try to think of something that calms you like your pet or your favorite place to go. If you have studied and have properly prepared you should do well. During a test if you freak out, mark the question or problem youre not too sure about and move on, but go back and do it before youre done. Its better to answer with an educated guess than not to answer it at all.
--June

If Im sick and my mom and dad still say to go to school, what should I do?
--Andrew, 10

Ohhhhhhhh, yes! If I turn one in to my teacher I think, Will I make 100% or will I make a 0%?
--Taylor, 9

I get extremely stressed about tests. I once even had to take one with fever! The way I deal with it? I pray to my god Allah. Praying to god usually helps you, because you know that he will help you.
--Huda N, 10

I study, and if I am very stressed, I do relaxing things, like meditation, yoga, and watching my favorite movie called The Notebook," (SOOO romantic and sad it makes me cry and sigh!!!) and then take a bubble bath with Calgon bubbles...
--Lexa, 12

I usually get stressed when its a math test...I HATE MATH! Science and History are the best!
--Macy, 10

I deal with it by taking a second to come down, and to pay attention, and work hard, and to listen to my teachers and my dad.
--Travon, 13

Well when its time to do a test and I am very nervous about taking it I usually tell myself that it this is an important test and that its not here to hurt me its just to see what I know.......
--Markis, 12

When I take a test I feel very different when I take it. I just don't know how to deal with it. On the math part of the test my heart just want to stop and just want to come out of my system. It seems like you are never going to get out of school to 12:00 at night. But when I am on the reading part of the test it is on stopping me. I just keep going on and on and on until I am ready to stop. So my advice to all those people who have problem with test taking just think about one thing your go at and when you get to that part give it all you got.
--Queen, 13

When I take a test I get nervous because I really dont like taking test. Because it makes me feel wrong and like all bad in side and I just want to give up on the whole thing and quiet. And then my teacher takes me aside and says Dont feel bad. Every one has to take the test. So I just say, Ok Im going to get this over with and go in and do the whole thing with no problems, and no help or cheating. And then I just go in the class and say, Im going to do this with no help.
--Janae, 12

I get stressed when I take a test because I would not know all the questions, and get the answer wrong. It is hard sometimes to remember the answer so I review it so I can remember when I do the big test, and it would be easy for me because I would know the answer to each question. I also feel anxious because I would finally get the test over with, and see what I have learned over the year of being in sixth grade and maybe go to seventh grade, and learn a lot more things that I didn't know. That is how I feel when I take a test.
--Carlos, 12

When I take a tests I do get stressed and nervous. I get stressed because I forget what I learned and some times I just dont get it. Sometimes I get nervous ecause I feel like I did not study that much like I should. I get nervous too because I think that I would get an f and not an a+. But I still dont give up. So you should never give up.
--Nery, 12

I study for hours and when it comes the test I forget.
--Amanda

When I am stressed about taking a test I study and pay attention in class. I ask for extra help and ask the teacher if he or she explain it to me, and what does it mean.
--Travon K., 13

When I take a tests I become a little worried. Because I wonder what my scores are. Yes I get stressed when I take a test. When I do take the test I will be ready for it. The way I deal with it is if I get a hard question I skip it and when Im done I will come back to the question. All my learning will finally pay off...
--Jerome, 12

--Navygirl, 13

Tests may be hard, but try not to sweat it! Organize a study group with a few of your good friends who might be having trouble too! It always feels better to have people understand what you're going through and help you through it! It's the only way I was able to get through Algebra, and now I have a 100 in that class!
--Kevi-kun

When I take a test I get very scared. Sometimes I get a lil sick in my stomach. One time I puked all over the guy next to me. Then he puked. It was funny. But after that I felt much better and completed the test.
--Doris, 11

I dont stress as much if I study, but if I forget to study I am in such a panic mood I feel like Im going crazy, but thats another subject! But yeah its stressful!
--Kim

If you get nervous about an upcoming test, you usually say, Oh I'll do fine. And you don't do anything about it! Don't wait until the last minute to study! Study with a friend or family member THE DAY YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE TEST! Then study every day up until the test so it stays fresh in your mind and you can remain calm. Getting a good night's sleep and eating a healthy breakfast (without caffeine or sugar) always helps...
--Kelly, 13

--Deontay, 11

When I take a test I like to work hard and to listen to my teacher.
--Travon

The way that I feel when I take a test is stressed out. The reason why I feel stressed out because I get worried that I am going to fail and I am not going to succeed in what I have started in the school year and I fail at the end of it. Maybe if I take off some of the stuff that is going though my head I would not be so worried about how I am going to do on testing. My advice to people is to cut themselves some slack.
--Queen, 13

When I take a test I lik to work hard and to listen to my teachers and to study and to pay attention and to help people in my class when I finish a test I will have a lot of fun and too play with my friends.
--Travon, 13

When I am taking a test I get a little nervous because I come to a point where I think about oh do I remember what I am supposed to do. But then I remember what I supposed to do and I get a 100 on my test.
--Charles, 12

When I take a test I get nervous. And I it make me just dont want to take the test no more and I just fill like walking away so that I can do the test no more but I still got to do it. But when Mrs. Maryann talk to me I just get over the hole thing and I just say am going to do this test and get it over with and it make me happy.
--Janae, 12

When I take a tests I get nervous. I did not study that much. Some time dont study that much because some time I dont have time. But I still do my best.
--Nery, 12

Yes, I get stressed and anxious to taking a test. I deal with it by sometimes do not do it or ask some to help me or sometimes I might cheat off some of my friends test. I might ask my teacher to help me with the test but I might remember how to do it.
--Sade, 11

When I get stressed when Im taking the test, I deal with by going over the question and answer so I know what the answer the question. And I go over it with the teacher or my mother so I understand the whole test. When I get stressed during a test I breathe and get some water. Also when I am taking a test I calm down and take a little rest and lay my head when I am taking a test so I do not sleep during the test.
--Trevon, 12

Yeah, I get stressed a/b tests. Especially FCAT, even though I don't need to worry about it. I just keep saying, Oh, it's the friendly test, the friendliest test you've seen. And the results come back good...
--S.

I would ask the teachers aide if I could go across the hallway in the elementary schools 6th grade classroom.
--Willow, 12

Dear Its My Life: I am having bad days at school. What can I do?
--Cidney

Sometimes I get really nervous when I have to take a math test because its the subject that I have the most trouble with. I deal with it by studying EXTRA hard the nights before the test, and I have my mom or dad quiz me on it. That helps a lot.
--Katie, 10

Yo Mama: u shouldn't not care if u fail.
--SuperCutie, 11

No, not really. I rock at school except for 2 subjects that I have always struggled with (and it is not math or social studies or science or English).
--Sarah, 12

Im in fifth grade so I have a ton of tests to stress over including math, science, writing, and reading (finished) TAKS test (Texas assessment of knowledge and skills). Last year (fourth grade) my teacher Mrs. Evens told us to close our eyes and think of somewhere happy like Disneyland, etc., and it really works!! Ever since then I did that and I would feel even better about the test Im taking. Good Luck with any test you take. : ).
--Brianna, 10

YYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! I absolutely hate it I mean like when I take tests I feel like I can't think and my head starts to hurt.
--Vanessa, 11

Tomorrow is my second day of the NJ ASK (New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge) and tomorrow is the mathematics part. I might stress out even though on my last comment I said I didnt stress out, I do smetimes...
--Jon, 9

I am taking the MSA test and need help studying.
--Tamara, 8

When I have a test on my desk I breathe very slowly and say to myself You can do it Hay Hay!!!!!!!!!! The best thing to do is believe in yourself! Tell yourself over and over you can do it and figure out the results!!!!
--Hailey, 12

Well I do when I don't study, but like they always say, there's no penalty 4 guessing LOL.
--ESTEFANI

Onetime my boyfriend got so stressed about a test that he puked on the teacher.
--Anonymous

Never, because the only thing I should be worried about in my case is when my teacher has to read through the so called 'Helpful Tips for Taking the Test' section of the state test booklet.
--Courtney, 11

I get stressed during tests because, I don't want to answer questions that I can't ever answer! I really so not like to answer such STRESSFULL QUESTIONS! I then sometimes go to the bathroom to calm down and take a break. Next, after that I go back and go slow on the test.
--Aria, 8

I never feel stressed about tests bcuz I am very smart (sorry but I really am). I always ace the math tests and the science tests (I have only had 1 science test this year so far). Actually tests are awesome cuz it kills time so I can get home and play club penguin (online game. It is awesome).
--Jon, 9

Yes!!! I just study real hard and hope for the best...
--Nannet, 10

Sometimes when I want to pass my district test, I get stressed and end up getting most of the answers wrong.
--Tahseen, 10

I have always been OK with tests and I dont know why. If I could tell y'all how I do it I would. I have a friend who has had tons of panic attacks before tests. Just breathe and tell yourself you'll do fine. Relax relax relax. And if you do poorly on a test ask your teacher if you can retake it or do extra credit. There is no reason to worry. Love yall.
--Babs, 12

Yes. I deal with it by treating it like a normal assignment.
--CoolBoy, 8

YES always.
--Marissa, 11

No because since I study I actually know what to do since I just remembered what I studied for.
--Berisa, 12

Only if I dint know an answer.
--CuteGirl, 11

Its no good to just hope for the best my advice is study every day for a week before the test you can only do your best stress is not going to get you an a so try doing 10 minuits of revision in afternoon and 1 hour before bed your sure to get at least a pass!! Or most commonly a B or an A.
--Frank, 13

I never stress about test because even if I study or not I always got good mark. It's because every word the teacher said it come right into my mind...
--Najwa, 13

Yeah, I do get kinda stressed out when I have to take tests. But I usually study real hard so Im not worried about it. I also talk to others and stuff like that.
--Rachel, 13

My teacher Mr. Baer hates me so much. He likes this 1 girl so much he lets her get away with everything. She could be screaming very loud and he just smiles when I just talk he starts yelling I could ask him a question or help a friend and he yells at me but not yell at the teacher pet.
--Idk, 12

I think test stress is can make you so far behind in you regular life that your friends might not like you anymore. You can be behind in your chores.
--Jailyn, 11

Relax and don't care if you fail!!!!
--Yo Mama

Im a girl who always studies and gets good marks...except in math. The thing I don't get is that I do all my homework correctly. I verify everything and most of all I redo my homework to see if I understood the problem and when I don't I ask the teacher and she helps me and then I get it. But the thing that is really weird is that I understand everything in math and have no problem and I am always prepared for the exam. Like I study nearly 10 hours for it because I want to do good and I end up getting a bad note! Why is this happening to me? After studying and doing all that work for nothing. Why am I doing so bad? I just don't get it...
--Tiffan, 12

I never stress about test. In fact I rarely study for it. It's no big deal for me. I just listen to the teacher and then I can just take test and got an A. That usually happens to me.
--Jenny, 11

Yes I do! Its especially hard when I didn't study LoL! But I have many ways to deal with it, have a good dinner, good amount of sleep, and eat a proper breakfast, oh and rem. To study, that always helps! And having a little stress is good, believe it or not! Its so because when you have a little nervousness you check over it again and rem. Not to just breeze through it and you take your time. If u have an upcoming test, use these rules and you will get the good grades coming!
--Shannon A+ student, 11

Every time I think I'll do good on a test in pre-calculus, I end up doing bad. When I think I'll do bad on a test in that class, I end up doing worse...
--Anonymous

Yes! I just try to relax.
--Lady, 12

I get stressed when the WASL is coming up. But I just think about something different, like next year. And if I were very stressed I will just forget about it!
--Lele, 10

I don't get stress because Im always confident that I can do it. It's really rare for me to get stress.
--Anonymous

What I do if I get stress out is to take a walk. Why? Because it sends positive hormones to the brain which helps you out with the stress. Then just study for the test.
--Jordan, 12

No I dont I think its just like homework.
--Kirstin

I just went through my final exams a week or so ago, and really, the best strategy- effective preparation eliminates most of the initial test anxiety. If you walk into the exam room, and you know you're prepared because you are, it makes things much easier.
--Akita, 12

NO, I NEVER GET STRESSED OUT CUZ IM A GEEK:
--Ashley

Yes I do get stressed when I am going to take test. First, I take a deep breath, then I close my eyes. When I am done with my test, I always past.
--Anton, 10

Ever since the January came my teacher has been going crazy about the Task test". We've been taking test the last 2 weeks. What I do is take a deep breath and close my eyes. When I open them I think about the grade Im going to make. Then I say Im going to make to make a good grade. Then it happens.
--Monica, 11

I do get stressed about the test and I accept that. I just try to study as hard as I can (not 24/7though) just a few hours I get tired I just stretch and then go back to the problem. I think Monday I had a test and Monday after the test I just forgot about it. It really helped. When my brain gets tired though I just skip the problem and then go back to it. How about you guys?
--Jen, 11

I LOOK AT THE TEST GO THORUGH IT AND DO THE EASY STUFF OR THE STUFF I KNOW THEN GO BACK TO QUESTIONS U DONT KNOW AND THE LAST THING UU DO WITH A TEST IS check ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK OVER THE SILLY MISTAKES YOU MIGHT HAVE MADE.
--TAMMY, 13

Every time I have a maths test I get stressed if I don't know the answer which is most of the time because Im bad at maths and I always try to impress my dad cause he was really good at it I just image me with 100% on my math test which barely happens and normally I get over heated and sweat when I get stressed and feel like pulling out my hair so I calm myself down and try to think what is the answer and then I just ask to go to the toilet and say I am nearly down so they normally let me splash myself with water cool down and get back straight to it. It is so much better in high school but the school work is 20 X harder pre-school was the best.
--Alexandra

I go blank when I get a test. When I get a bad mark and have to stay after school to do corrections I get along just fine. I think the idea of been timed stresses me also.
--Terri

Some people hate all tests because they don't do well or do not like the subject, but I just freak out- At every test : -P But the good thing is- I THINK Im gonna do bad but I don't do nearly as bad as I feared! ^^.
--Victoria, 12

Whenever I have test I cant stop worrying about my grade even if I studied it's a torture chamber is there something wrong with me.

--Briana, 10

Everyday I am always late school and I hate homework. What do I do?
--Selena, 9

Im not usually worried about tests in the subjects that aren't hard for me (like history and language arts), but Im really bad at math! I've always been stressed out about math tests. But luckily, I always make sure that I study, and usually do well. But if I don't, I always make sure I study harder and my mom also helps me a lot.
--Dakota, 12

Wow, yes, definitely, particularly with standardized tests. Our district is really big on the whole standardized thing, and teachers sometimes even get angry when students don't do well on them! I always worry I won't be able to finish in time or I'll get a bad score, even though I always score advanced no matter what!
--Amelia, 12

I need help with a French test.
--Tenzin, 10

I do get stressed during the test. I know I know it but it seems like my brain stops working. I just try to take a break skip it go on to the next on and go back to it later.

--Jenny64

Anonymous: Why are you afraid your friends won't talk to you. Have they done that before? If they have, and a lot because of something you did that hurt their feelings, apologize, and don't do it again. However, if they do it just to be mean, then perhaps you should make new friends. Im trying to help, but I'd need some more information.
--JS, 13

Once we were having a test and I had to use the bathroom BAD! But we couldnt leave until we finished our test. So I went through the test really quickly (It was in English class and all fill-in-the-bubble). I just marked the answers kind of randomly reading very quickly and circling the first answer that looked good. When I was done I asked to go to my locker to get something to work on but I instead went to the bathroom (I really had to go bad by then, I ran down the hallway, if some teacher had stopped me I would have burst! ). In about a day or so my teacher handed back the tests, he said something like" most of you did well on this test, about half the class got As" One of the really smart kids who always got an A asked looking nervous What did the other half get? My teacher said " mostly Bs only a few Cs, not many people did poorly". Then he handed out the tests and told us not to look at them. Before my next class I went into one of the bathroom stalls and looked at my grade. It was an F! Then later that week the Athletic Director told me that I couldnt play sports till I raised my grade. Now I am anxious before all my LA tests. And I still cant play basketball : ( .
--Quintin, 13

When I have a BIG test that I know about a week or so before I divide what I need to study into sections per day. Everything is organized and there are no worries. If your parents offer help, take it. Remember: they have been through it already they know some tricks on how to study.
--Courtney, 13

Nothing.
--Aubrey

I normally just study before but if Im doing a test and I don't know the answer then I remember: If a lot math, do the problem the other way if a lot spelling...Well, spelling is words like train if you get stressed about an upcoming test, study with someone every day or convenient time.
--Tessie

Sometimes in the tests, I get really stressed, sometimes 'cause I don't know something or I didn't sleep last night. Wen that happens I try to focus in a time I was doing something that relaxed me and it helps me to calm down.
--Vanesa, 13

Ahh Test stress...I remember them. I usually have them when I miss some days. Thats why me and my friend joined a study group. Anything we've missed we ( me and my friends ) give the notes and stuff to them. And sometimes I use these things called brain links ( I've made it up ) It's when you remember a situation that happen that before that you can use now. Here is an example. Give an example of a pulley? (remembers 2 days ago playing a video game) use that pulley to bring that thing up. Freaky huh?
--Jordan, 12

Well...I just study really hard and make sure that I know the things that I need to know, but I dont stress about it. Then I just like relax and dont worry about it. Then when I take the test Im not so nervous.
--Cupidstarget, 13

When we have a big test I get really stressed and sometimes my tummy starts hurting. Last year during a big test I got a bad tummy ache but the teacher had said we couldn't go to the bathroom til the break. So a few minutes later, I got sick and threw up all over the floor. She let me go to the bathroom after that but by then I was embarrassed that everyone saw me puke.
--Robert, 12

All I do is study the night before and if I dont do it then I go into school early and again if I cant get in I just dont study and if I get a bad grade I just study next time and try to not get a bad grade.
--Shelby, 10

Test stress is a very bad thing but it is the thing that makes some people go crazy. If you just study a little bit a day then you won't be so stress out by the time the test. But the more you study the more you know so you can pass the test and not make yur parents mad.
--Jailyn, 11

I get stressed on some tests, and some I don't. When I get stressed, and try to calm and do my best work. As long as I try my best, that's all that matters.
--Wren, 11

When I take tests I do sometimes get stressed. I just sit there and think about what the stressing question is asking and write down what I know. Sometimes if it's a multiplication question I would either use lattice or the partial product method. It really helps! From Magome!
--Magome, 9

I think it is cool.

Every time I go to school, I feel really sick to my stomach?? Its all because Im nervous that my friends wont talk to me?? Its really weird...Can u help me??

Well my choir teacher considers concerts tests. So when I am nervous I imagine the audience is full of Simon Cowells.
--Ashley, 12

I really don't get stressed or anxious when I take tests. I just get a good nights' sleep the night before, study, and eat a good breakfast for brainpower. Sometimes before the SOL test I get stressed with all the studying, but I just remember that it's worth it.
--Katy, 9

I am afraid of getting F's on tests, but A's, B's, C's, and D's are OK with me.
--Lori, 11

I get scared when I take a test. Usually I just stretch, ad it usually works. Nobody, not 1 single person can give me advice about how to not get so scared when a test comes. They say stupid things like stay calm, and eat a healthy breakfast. How would that help?!
--Lori, 11

When I take a test I get worried because it will be hard and difficult. In math is the problem and I always the last one. I get Cs and Bs I do not get many As. So when the test came today and yesterday

Hi I used to have test stress, now I can deal with it using a little help of my textbook and pencil. All you people out there who feel like your going to flunk a test- the thing to do is study!
--Grace, 10

The problem with tests, is that it is way too hard! I take the mini BAT tests in Florida, so that I can get a good grade and go to the 4th grade when I pass the FCAT. You just have to keep studying and you'll get it just right. Good luck to all!
--Dominik, 8

When I take a test I feel like I am going to cry. Then my mind goes black, and after I take the test and I see my grade, I FAILED THE TEST.
--Sarah, 10

Sometimes I have trouble. I sometimes don't even have to study and I get a good grade, that's just me. I can do this because I listen in class, fill in notes, and other stuff the teachers say to do...

We have so many tests and quizzes that I am studying practically every other night for them. We have had 5 tests already and 9 quizzes in all 8 subjects total. It's hard to study perfectly and get good grades on these tests because you may have two or more the same day in different subjects. It wasn't ever like this in elementary school!
--Lexi, 12

I am stressed when I do my homework at home. It is too hard for me.

How I deal with tests in social studies: I think of my crush in my class and it kinda makes me feel confident that Ill finish. And if we get the same grade maybe he's ask me out or something.
--4me2knowunot2

Of course most of evryone stressed before a test but that is normal. Just think it is just a grade. Before the test. But that doesn't mean just mark any answers. Try. And when I do that it helps me relax you should try it!!
--Sarah, 11

Math is my biggest problem. Bk, 12*Me2! Bk are my initials!
--Chocoholic, 10

The Fresno fair thing is stuck in my head. Only ppl that live in Fresno would know. It goes like this-the big big big big big (literally one second pause) FRES-NO FAAAAAAAAAAAAIR. Yeah Im chocoholic but I changed my name.
--Sillyputty, 10

Yes, it does stress me out but usually the test is a lot easier than it sounds. Some of the teachers like to say that they have hard tests that you really have to study for, but they just want to scare you. Some of the teachers seem to think that it is funny! The only really hard tests are in science, and no matter how hard you study, the test will still be hard. I just remember to do my best and not study too much.
--Lara

I usually get really freaked out like the day b4 a test, then when Im taking it I feel better when Im like halfway through the test b-cuz I know it's almost over.
--Devil Girl Mwa ha ha, 9

Hey guys! I know this is totally off topic, but Im new here!
--KOOL, 9

Hey about that one thing I put on When a subject is too tough um I like math but I done LUV it also Im not weird Im CrAZy!
--Americangirl

Testing is not that hard for me but it might be for younger kids. I do get stressed from a test sometimes but not a lot.
--Elizebeth

I have a test tomorrow I have a B+ in the class if I get an F on my test what will my grade be?
--Hgytr

Oh yes. Definitely. I know the material and I study hard, but I get so stressed and worried and that gets in the way for good grades...
--Karen, 11

April, 12**Sorry can't help u there but I wish I had superpowers that would solve all of ur problems...I dream 2 much.
--Chocoholic, 10

On most tests, I get really stressed out, especially when I forgot to study the night before. I tend to deal with stress in many different ways. Like, putting my head down for a while, and taking a few deep and refreshing breaths.
--Margaret, 13

SPEAKING OF TEST STESS, I have a chapter 1 math test tomorrow and I HATE math. Oh and just 4 fun will u PLEASE tell me what u were doing when were reading this post? I just wanna see. Rite now Im chewing Bubbleicious (peeked at the wrapper 2 spell it) . What were u doing when reading this post?
--Chocoholic, 10

OH MY! School Tests STINK! I hate them! Theyre so HARD!
--Kristina K, 11

Math is my biggest problem.
--Bk, 12

I study until I am so sure that I will get every answer right. If I have too many tests and tons of homework, than I measure time and semi plan my time...
--Sarah, 13

What do you do to get rid of the stress of upcoming tests?
--Anika, 12

I get stressed out on BIG BIG BIG BIG TESTS DAYS!
--Kristina, 11

I usually am prepared, so I try my best...
--Courtney, 10

When I get stressed or anxious I will just tell my teacher if I can go to the bathroom...
--Lilibeth, 10

Oh, I hate tests and I hate to study, so when I take a test, I try to remember and do the best I can!
--Ashley B, 13

Yes I do. But how I keep calm is I do the best I can. My parents tell me Im smart (they mean that) and always wish me good luck. When I take little tests on Fridays for ex: math test or spelling test, I don't get scared about that. If I don't do as well as I could, my parents just tell me I'll do better next time. I could make corrections to my work last year, but not this year.
--Erica, 10

I just take deep breaths and say it will be all right. It works for me.
--Taylor, 10

Sometimes yes and sometimes no depend on the type of test.
--Cailtin

UHHHHHHHHHHHH...............I forget we have test so I go in and on the board it says TODAY BIG TEST! BE READY! And then I remember that I was supposed to study an Im all like OhMiGawd but I going into 7thso I doing something right ( but never cheating! ).
--Talia, 12

Yep, I get nervous. I try to keep my mind off of my test for 5 minutes.
--Alyssa, 9

I really aced all my tests Im not a big nerd Im a popular girl but Im not mean or anything all the kids really like it's just because I help them with test problems.
--Rebecca, 10

I love tests! Tests are cool.
--Donna, 11

On Ever Test I Have I Have Had A Little Stress But Im The Worst In Science And The Last Week In School On A Thursday We Had A Science Test Well I Felt Stressed Probably Because My Teacher Had Told Me The Week Before That I Had A Bad Set For Year 8. And In The Middle Of The Test I Was Breathing Very Deeply So My Teacher Looked Over And Said Are You Ok" I Said Yeh And Took Quite Lots Of Deep Breaths In. It Worked A Little, But I Felt Much Afterwards Better.
--Sally, 12

I Just Study My Heart Out The Day Before And Get A Parent Or Another Friend Your Quiz Me. When I Get To School I Ask A Friend To Quiz Me Again. When Im taking The Test I Take My Time Looking Things Over Several Times. When The Test Is Over I Breath Deeply Look It Over One More Time And Hand It In. I Know This Might Sound Like A Goody-Two-Shoes Answer Or A Nerdy One But In None Of Those :D.
--J-Dog, 11

Last year during the ITBS test maybe it was from nerves but I felt really sick to my stomach. The longer the test went on the more upset my tummy felt. I finally felt so bad I told the teacher my tummy hurts but she said we will be done in 10 minutes hang in there. I couldn't hang on though a minute later my stomach went BLEECH and I puked up all over the test paper. I was so upset and embarrassed and scared that I would fail third grade because I threw up on my stupid test. But I didnt fail. I hope we don't have any more tests like that this year. I don't think I can handle another tummy ache like that.
--Shauna, 10

April 12 I use to have that same problem u should just relax and study and if u have to listen to soft music and when u get the test in front of u take a deep breath and relax good luck.
--Danielle, 12

Yes, I get very stressed out over my tests. I take a couple of deep breaths and study hard. When the day of the test comes, I just put my faith in God and have confidence in myself.
--Haeli, 10

Hi everybody!!! whenever I take a test Im soo nervous!! But the way I deal with it is, all I have to do is take a deep breath and sing something in my head like my favorite song or something like that. But the best way to get ready for a test it to. ALWAYS STUDY! It helps you a lot!
--Viennetta, 12

I love school.
--Quaneace

I am not that great at math! in math tests I get D in most of them I think I have only gotten an A ONCE in math...: - (.
--Nicole, 10

I always get Test Stress because knowing that I will be graded and having that grade be based possibly on a report card stresses me. If I know about a test 2 or 3 days earlier I would spend all of my time studying. To me it doesn't matter if you know the material, studying helps you get it write and completely through your memory.
--Liv, 11

I took the pearls test and I failed I think is was hard but I told everyone it was easy.
--Giselle, 8

Sometimes teachers plan to have tests on the same day because they think it will be easier. But it is actually harder because you have other homework and have to study for two tests when other things are going on at home. Peace out.
--Sarah and Lindsay, 11

The most stressful tests are the third grade sols the third grade sols include these types of tests reading, math, science, writing, and social studies. Those are those are the most stressful tests. Thanks for letting me share from, Sidney D.
--Sidney, 9

Every Friday my teacher gives us twenty questions to answer. My teacher gives us 4 days to practice when it is Friday I get so nerves that I forget my answers and just move on and some times will all the times pass. What should I do?
--ROSA, 9

Nope, because I sudy sooooooo much! At least two hours a day after school. So I dont really have problems with tests. Lol by now! And good luck on your next test!
--Sassifras (Safiya), 11

I try to stay calm, but sometimes like at the biggest test of the year I freak out. So I don't do as good on them as I should do. .
--Lydia, 10

I deal with tests by keeping cool and not get too anxious. I learn a lot from tests Word to the wise, it feels better to study sincerely ??????????????
--Anonymous

I don't freak out about tests. I just take notes and study them before the test comes. Then I try and memorize the important notes that I think my teacher will give on the test.
--Anna, 11

I get really stresses out when I have to take a test. Its like I can study, study, study, but when the test it put in front of me I freeze which stinks. Its like after I get my paper back mostly with a big read f or d on top as soon as we go over it as a class Im thinking omg Im so stupid I know what the answer is and how I made this mistake. But what I try to do when it comes to the stressfulness of tests is to just not let it get to me and hope that because I know the information I can pass the test. Works sometimes others it doest it just depends on how high the stakes are for that test.
--Laura, 18

Every time I take a test, I worry about how good I could do, and I start to doubt whether I can actually score high. When this happens, I think about how much my parents will still love me, even if I get a bad grade!
--Gaby, 12

It was the big test of the well of a long time I did good.
--Reagan, 9

No way. (Im smart without studying and ace all my tests - not meaning to brag).
--Leilani, 13

"April, 12: Not trying to be bossy, but if I were you I would try to talk to a parent or teacher about this. Sometimes when I study extra-hard for a test it makes me feel confident and determined. Good luck on your next test!
--Monica, 11

Yes. Just try to keep calm.
--RIA, 10

When I first started taking a test I was so nervous Im like How many questions am I going to miss" and when I start the test the teachers say I have to double check the test.
--Shenerica, 11

I get really worried about tests. Last year I was having trouble in math and I totally freaked out any time we would have a test because I was so afraid I would fail. My teacher found out how worried I was, and it was really embarrassing because whenever we had a test, she always asked if I was ok. But at least I got more help and I ended up passing the class.
--Ella, 12

I like tests & quizzes.
--Teresa, 11

Well all I have to do is to study hard and try my best to succeed or get over with it.
--Noure, 10

I dont really get stressed. I am more laid back. I am not lazy, I just dont get worried up about little things. But right before I get a little nervous and try to study a little before class starts (I dont study unless I have study hall).
--Stephanie, 12

I so get stressed when it comes to tests, afterwards I don't think I've done well. I haven't got much confidence and I can't remember maths formulas and stuff. What can I do?
--Priah, 13

Heck! Everyone gets stressed during a test! Nerves are one of God's less cherished qualities, but there just the same. I can study, and study, and study... For hours on end. When test day comes you'll have the nerves, but find your own groove. I set my mind on breathing and making my own little world. It's harder to do in high school, but very effective just the same. Just get into the test instead of how you will do on it, and it should come off quite easily.
--Amanda

I hate tests!
--Milo, 10

I hate tests!
--Nicole, 12

I used to, but now I don't really. I count 2 3 before I take a breath and count 2 3 while I hold it. Sometimes I also think of my fave song. That calms me down A LOT. U should try it. Hey DevilgirlMwaHaHa, have u met Themistressofallevil or Angryshedevil?
--RachelDRAMAQUEEN, 10

How many of you get stressed withtests/quizzes?
--Cheryl, 10

Tests are just a form of puking up info. Tests are nothing but an illusion to make teachers and kids feel like they are learning. Let me ask you. Do you remember stuff that you learned back in the fifth grade?
--L.W., 13

Hi IML. I have a problem. Every time I get a test I forget how to do it, or I haven't learned it. Can you help me improve my grades to be one of the best ones? Help me please. I need help on math and science.
--April, 12

Yes.
--Michelle

Just think of a test as a normal everyday assignment!
--K

Yes. My teacher this year used to give us lots and lots of hard tests only because she used to teach 5th grade and high school. It gets soooooooooo annoying because I always get bad test scores and a bad report card. I hope I get the teacher I want this up-coming year.
--Kayla, 10

I just keep my head and focus. I say to myself C'mon you can do this. If I don't know the answer I take a guess. But I don't get too stressed about it because its only a test!
--Evangelina, 13

Wen I wus N skool (Im homeskooled now) I neva had no problem wit test, I mean wut Im suppose 2 B nervous about? I pray and ask God 2 help me and I start. Im gon need God every single day N my life anyway.
--Fred, 13

I get stressed when I have to take timed tests. I take a deep breath and work quickly.
--Emlee

YES, YES, YES!! Even though we had practice rounds I was soo scared! But I still passed the test.
--Kitten, 9

Not really, cause our teach gives us a practice, so I know I'll do fine.
--DevilgirlMwaHaHa, 10

I always get really stressed out when I fail a test...I have been failing LOTS of tests and 1 of the teachers actually came up to me and told me Im failing!!! I wanted to scream...so what I did was I asked lots of questions during class time so I would completely understand everything the teacher was saying...and here's a tip...If the teacher says it twice, WRITE IT DOWN! It may be on your next test! ~Sam.
--Sam, 13

Oh man! Talking about stress! One time I spent 4 hours studying for a test and I got a B! I think the most important thing to do when you stress too much about a test is to just make sure you pay attention in class, cuz when you do, you know what you have to. And once you get home, it's just a big review! I did that with a vocab test once and I looked at my grade...100!
--Michelle, 10

My school just had a 4th grade test, for every 4th graders, in April 2006. It was a horrible test. The whole of Washington is doing it! It's called the WASL. I tried to keep myself calm and relaxed. Most of the time I don't succeed. I always feel panicky and stressed over big tests like this! Sincerely, A. L.
--Anonymous, 10

One time we had a surprise math test. And I didnt even study because the substitute didnt tell us, and I made a high c.
--Anna, 10

Yes, I do. My older sister Gigi helps me study for a social studies test and I feel much better
--Julia, 10

I just say to myself Whatever my grade is, my mom will still love me.
--Zoe, 8

I deal with my tests by thinking that it's only a practice, and if you mess up really bad then you'll have another try on the next test.
--Kaylah, 12

I get so stressed over tests sometimes that I start to bite my nails! Stress spheres can really help. You can make them yourself or buy them at the store
--Amanda, 12

The EOG'S were on May 22, 2006. I didn't think I could do well but I got my results back and I got a 100%. I was screaming happy inside.
--Atiya, 8

I am going to have my final test in two weeks! Guess what? I think I can do quite good in the exam or maybe get my scholarship!
--Ying

How do I deal with it? I just take a deep breath and say Ill do better next time.
--Donalen, 8

Yes I do get nervous and stressed, because I study a lot. When the teacher tells us that there will be a test, I start to get nervous. Dealing with it...I think the best thing to do is start studying.
--YeseniaC, 11

When ther are only like twelve questions on a test and I don't know like three or four, I start to freak out. And the other day before I took a test I couldn't stop coughing and it felt like I was gonna throw up.
--Lori, 10

Adults only make you antsy. Don't sweat it at all.
--Becky, 9

I dont know if this is true for all end-of-year tests, but my state has 25% of each letter on the test. When Im done, I go back and see if that matches my answers.
--Ferret, 12

I have 4 end-of-the-school-year exams, and I am very nervous about them. I just study as much as I can, and then take my time during the exam and check over my work. The rest is out of my hands.
--Susan, 12

"I have an end of the year test coming up! I am really bad at math so it makes it hard. But last year I got an A on it!"
--Cookiemonster911, 10

"I usually study. Like 4 example, if I have a bad grade in that class, I study 'till I fall asleep, JK, but yeah I study a lot. But if I have like a B or a C, I usually don't study. And if I didn't study, the next day my nerves are killing me...so it depends. Hehe."
--Agustina

"Im home schooled. I dont get tests. :):)."
--Kelsey, 11

"Im in 5th grade and Im almost in 6th grade. And me and the class have to do tests. It's really getting on my nerves. Since this test week began I've been feeling lonely. All my girl friends are beginning to be boring so I have no one to play with, and I know why- because of this horrible test. I need to have someone to talk with and play with. Once this test is over my friends will be back to normal."
--Mwiza, 10

"I love to take tests."
--Shadows, 13

"I'm in 8th grade, almost going to high school...some of the tests in 8th grade are a piece of cake, and some are sooo difficult. Um, well sometimes I study, it depends. If I have a really bad grade in that class, well yeah, I study till I fall asleep. Otherwise, I don't. When I have a test, let's say a math test...I'm good at math, so I don't have too many problems dealing with math tests. But if it is a science one, omg, I used to study for them, but now, I don't, soo I usually get Fs and Ds, sometimes As, or Bs...but mostly Fs, or Ds. Soo when there's a test and I didn't study, I get really nervous. OMG last year in 7th grade, in the mid-term of civics, I CHEATED!! Omg. Doesn't have anything to do with dealing with tests, does it? Well that's how I deal with them. In addition, I HATE THEM!! "
--Agustina

"I feel all tingly in my stomach. I have butterflies, but I know it is going to be alright."
--Shan'tore, 12

"I totally freak out!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!! "
--JanetAllysa

"I get so nervous about tests that my hands get sweaty and my stomach hurts! 5 weeks ago, the day before the big test called WASL, 8 or 7 students (including me) went home with a stomachache!!!"
--Anonymous

"No. I don't study, because I'll forget it that way. It's kinda weird."
--Emily, 11

"I just say I can do it!"
--Victoria, 8

"Well, first I study until I know it all. Then, the next day, I panic a little while before the test, and squeeze things, and hyperventilate. Then, I breathe deeply, remind myself of everything I know, and go to the happy place. In case you were wondering, the happy place is my best friend Consuelo's basement, with her and our other best friend, Jen, for a sleepover. We're all pretty smart, and sometimes, we'll just randomly stop a conversation and say, 'Wait, I can't remember the name of King Henry VIII's third wife! (Jane Seymour)' or 'Hang on, I can't seem to factor 3,012!' or, 'If I'm diagramming the sentence 'Please try', where does 'please' go?' This is really helpful on a test, because if I don't know an answer, I picture myself asking them, and how they'd answer. I know, we're freaks, but it works."
--JS, 13

"No. Most of the time I don't need to study! I always get an A!"
--Laini, 10

"When I take a test I review what I studied an take a deep breath. I always praise myself. It lifts my spirits and helps me focus."
--Georgia

"I usually end up studying all day before the test. And when it is time to take the test I have the answers so drilled into my brain that I just write them down, before anyone else. This method usually works in getting me good grades."
--Alia, 12

"When I'm stressed to take a test I try to study. Or I don't think about it much and say it is going to be ok. And next I try to talk to me so they can help me with all this stress, and help me get the test out of my mind and calm me. But that might not work so I just try to work out things and know everything will be ok if I try to pass the test and try my best to pass the test without the stress."
--Kierra, 10

"Yes. I say a little prayer-"
--Moira

"A little bit. I take a deep breath and try to relax. The answers always come easier then."
--Melanie, 12

"I'm in 4th grade. Where I live we have MAJOR tests, and 3 of them are from the state. I think it doesn't count toward my grade, only the school."
--Amanda, 9

"I get really nervous, and I picture myself in a place where I'm comfortable. I also STUDY."
--Chastain, 12

"When I'm about to have a test, I feel fine! Michael, on the other hand, goes totally crazy every time Mrs. Smith says were going to have a test. He typically screams (P.S. He is a super weird kid)!"
--Andrea, 9

"Yes and no."
--HarryPotter, 12

"Well I'm not what you call a calm kid. I always study 1 week before a test and I always panic. I always get the highest grade though. I at least try my hardest all the time. When my teacher asks us questions on a test, I jot it down in my journal. That way I can study the questions!"
--Amanda, 11

"Just read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read and read, and when you're done reading, you guessed it, read some more!"
--Micheal

"I am very nervous when I hear about a test, but I've learned to be very concentrated. And a test is not an easy thing to deal with, so if u have a test pray and study your work."

--Manny, 11

"I got anxious on my state writing test. In fact I threw up, but my mom said it is ok. I have another problem: I and everyone in the class thinks we are going to get a one our test (one is the lowest score on the test. If we fail, we automatically go to summer school)."
--Elise, 10

"I do get stressed and anxious when I take a test but I get even more distracted. I try to think of one thing- the test. HELLO."
--Izamar, 13

--Jennifer, 13

--Rachel

"Today I get my math test. But l got a warning then I said I hate math tests."
--Spencer, 8

"Yes, but I take my time and try my best."
--Kimberly, 11

"Yes!!!!of course!!!Who doesn't though?!?!?!?!?! If you keep saying 1 test won't kill you,' hate to break it to you, but yes, it does. If you always say that & get a really bad score, then you end up getting a really bad grade. The best way to deal with tests is to ALWAYS TRY YOUR BEST!"
--Angie, 13

"Only on the NJASK, which is next week. It is so hard. Teachers just ADD to the pressure saying, Check you work. Do this. Do that.' I know they are trying to help, but it is becoming the opposite!!!!"
--Kristen, 9

"I get really stressed about tests. Most people get stressed because it's a test and they don't know how they're going to do. I just pretend it's just homework or regular schoolwork. This helps me not to get stressed."
--Tara, 10

"Yes, I have MON-cast tests. I know it doesn't affect my grade, but the teachers! I'm always at a different class (enrichment) when they are teaching those things, so I'm TOTALLY confused. 0_o;."

--Danielle, 11

"I totally don't get stressed or anxious when I have to take tests. I don't because doing that is not going to help anything. Getting stressed out or anxious is just going to waste your time."
--Cheyene, 12

"I'm soooo stressed about the FCAT. It's only a few weeks away! How can I feel calm about it?"

--Abby

"Keirra 10, and Anonymous: It should NOT be RLET 'cause it's just to see what you've learned, and how well the teachers are teaching! My teacher said, Don't be nervous, you took it last year.' WELL this year it's 5 days! But I'm not worried! Just try your hardest!!!"

--Tatiana, 13

"Just have confidence in yourself that you will do a good job. It is a proven fact that if you believe that you will do wel, then you will do well. And just remember that if you get a C or lower on a test, it's not the end of the world. Just study a little harder the next time, use your time wisely, and study instead of playing the computer or watching T. V."
--Katie, 13

"I get stressed because, like, I'll know the answer, and it's not right in my head. I can't find it in my brain. I handle it by just trying to be calm, but sometimes I will cheat because I don't know the answer."
--Darien, 12

"Usually the only test I get stressed about is the test that comes at the end of every year. I don't tell you the name for that test because there are many names for it (my friends have told me different names their school calls it). I get so stressed about that because if you score badly on that one test supposedly they won't let you pass that grade! I don't get why they have it because it just makes kids wig out, because it's like the entire year comes down to that test. After what Kiera (10) said about ITBS, I think the end of the year test should be officially called CAWUSEEEBT (Completely Annoying Weird Unusual Strange Evil, Evil, Evil, Bad Test!). Sure, no one could actually say that name, but who cares! The people who made schools have that test should be shot! Why should all our work go to one test!? It completely ruins the school year. If all our work goes to that test why do we need all those other tests?"
--Jenny, 10

"I was taking a state English test and I was so nervous I couldn't even breathe. But then I took a deep breath and finished my test."
--Lynn, 11

--Pranav, 9

"I'm in junior high, and yes, I have a lot of tests. I also have different things to do at home and I wanna hang out with my friends. I usually don't study, because I pay really good attention in class and it's all stuck in my head. I'm in Grade 6 so it's easy for me. But I'm kinda scared of Grade 7 because I'll have more classes and it'll be harder to remember things. But for now, I'm fine. My advice is to stay calm, study ahead of time, pay attention and you'll be fine."
--Anne, 11

"When it comes to tests, I get very worried. It is especially hard when I have a math test. Well, you see, I am not the greatest at math. For example, I may have a math quiz tomorrow and I am bugging out!!! I mean, I study, but I always get a bad grade and I get so upset at home about it."
--Dominique, 10

"I hate school. I always get in trouble."
--Tessa, 12

--Kiera, 10

"I like to sit on the toilet and study. It might sound weird, but it helps me a lot."
--Josh, 12

"No, not really. I realize that it is a part of life that I am going to have to do very often. What is the point of stressing out over it? I just try to do my best and hope that I do well! There's nothing more to do, just be prepared. Try STUDYING!"
--Courtney

"I was taking my Iowas and there was one problem I couldn't get. And I didn't want to skip it, but I realized I only had a minute left, so I guessed it, and finished the section P.S. I agree with Kiera, 10 that it should be RLET, lol."
--Gronnie, 12 "I hate reading a lot on tests. I just clear my mind."

--Kirstin, 12

"Last year, on the ITBS (Something about Iowa Testing, I think it shold be called RLET - Really Long Evil Test), I kept thinking, What if I fail? What if I get 30% right? What if I have to repeat third grade? Aaaaaaa!' Of course, I moved on to fourth grade, and all that worrying just made me lose sleep. Otherwise, I'm more bored than anything else during regular tests."
--Kiera, 10

"I do stress a lot on tests, so what I do is I study the night before, but I don't study too much because then you get a headache and then you forget it all. Then, in the morning I eat a healthy breakfast like cereal, fruit, and a big glass of orange juice. And that's what I do before a test."
--Alyssa, 12

"I think this is not just a way for teachers to see me fail but a way to show them I won't fail no matter what."
--Cat

"Whenever I take a test I wear my favorite Undertaker sweatshirt and my jeans, tie my hair back and think when I read a question what do I know about this? My 5th Grade Teacher told me that and I still use it even though I'm in 8th!"
--Matt, 13

"My math/science, my English/social studies teacher, my French teacher, and my tech teacher always let us know when we have a test (gym, orchestra, core extension and lunch don't really have tests). So I always study hard. When the test rolls around, I am totally ready, and I am not nervous or anxious."
--HarryPotter, 11

"No, I don't get stressed or anxious when I take tests usually, but if it's aims or other big tests- Lol."
--Nicole, 10

"I don't get stressed that much when I have to take tests because I know I did my homework and I studied for it. If you study hard, take notes, and don't panic during the test, you'll do fine. Just keep it in your mind that you did study hard for it even if you didn't."
--Mercy

"No I don't get stressed. But I used to. I have learned to take care of it. Before when I got stressed out because I could not learn a word or something. But here is some advice to you people who do: just relax. If you still can't, then take a nice bath or something that relaxes you. Then try studying."
--Shastah, 10

"I'm homeschooled so I get help when I need it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa."
--Rosanna, 9

"When I go to take a test I know the info, but when I see the test I go blank. What do I do?"
--Emma

"I first stop and think about all the things we have learned so far, and then I read the question and try to relate it to what we have learned. And then I know how to answer the question."
--Tanu, 9

"HECK YEAH!!!! It drives me crazy. I hate tests, but oh well. How do I cope? I really don't know, really, I have no idea. I just get through it. All I can really do is study though. Well see ya!"
--Murr

"OMG I totally hate tests! If I get told I have a test in a month, I worry all month and panic over subjects that I can actually do fine. Also I am like Gabby, 11 and my mom'll make me work every night if I fail. The morning before the test I usually listen to some awesome music (I am into punk rock so I listen to Bowling for Soup) then it gets stuck in my head and is kinda comforting in the test!"
--Helen, 11

"I stress on my test a lot when it comes to taking one. Even when I have studied I get nervous. What I always do first is read the question and some answers that are multiple choice, and I read them over and think about what I have studied."
--Viviana, 12

"This is my first year in high school and it is really a load on my back with my sport of doing track and wanting to hang out with my friends. I don't have problems in math or English or easy electives, it only comes when it's science. My teacher, she doesn't teach, nor does she try to help. A lot of people are failing her class. I try my hardest but when it comes to the test it seems that everything that we did in class- it's not on the test, and I fail. And if I do try to study I don't understand a thing. All I have to say is thank God they give freshmen a second chance."
--Mariah

"When I do a test I find out when we will be doing it so I can study before it. I hate multiplicatio tests. I'm on my 9's. I just want to be on 12's."
--Jasmine, 9

"When I have a test (which happens VERY often) I'm usually more stressed in the classes leading up to the test. But once I'm in the classroom and the test is in front of me, I realize that I know all of this stuff!"
--Meaghan, 11

"Yeah, but when I tell my mom she will just say That's no excuse for failing this test,' and I will get in trouble."
--Gabby, 11

"Well as soon as the initial shock factor has gone through my system, I just remember that everything is just made out of matter and we mean nothing in the universe. So I just realize that my actions really don't make any difference in the universe, then I don't feel stressed out about the test and I will have a much easier time focusing."

"I am very stressed when I take a test. I always get a low grade, which pulls my grade down. I do all my homework but still fail because of low grades on exams."
--Mary, 13

"Even though you might not think this works, it really does. Tell yourself that you know the material and that you are going to get an A. Don't listen to your parents when they tell you you're not ready. If you have a test Thursday let's say, and you find out about it Monday, study for half an hour on Monday and an hour and a half Wednesday night. Don't study Tuesday; have a day off. I find that I usually get an A or a B+."
--Carly, 12

"Yes, I do get stressed when I am testing. I don't think it is a bad thing because it prepares us for our future."
--Rami

--Alessia, 9

"I get very stressed. Sometimes I can't help myself and my head gets blank. I feel like just putting my paper to the side and not doing it at all. I deal with it by just staying cool I guess, and I do whatever I can."

"I just sit there for a lil bit, then start."
--Ashleigh, 13

"I get stressed ALL THE TIME! Even if I know I studied, I still have this fear that I'll fail. But as soon as I start, the answers keep coming and soon I'm done. Of course, I ALWAYS get an A+ on them so I don't worry TOO much- :D."
--KittyKat, 12

"Whenever I'm stressed over any big test, I just have a friend or family member help me study by making up games to make it fun. For example, for every answer I get right, I get to eat a candy or anything else I like."

--FuNkImOnKi, 11

"I usually get nervous and stressed during a test and I forget all the answers to it. But after I finish the test and hand it in I remember the answers."
--Isa, 11

"When I am very stressed or anxious about having a test soon, I always try to forget I have one and listen and revise at home more often. I have had experience in many tests and I just wanted to sy that on the day of the test breathe in deeply with your nose and out with your mouth. But most importantly: DON'T PANIC!!"
--Ebony, 11

"Well I know tests can be major stress, but God made these challenges so we could be stronger people."
--Tina, 13

"I hate tests when there is Lattice Multiplication on it. But the only thing I like on a test is the reading comprehension because I don't like math tests. Only reading comprehension tests because I like reading with comprehension. And I like spelling tests too, but not math tests. Uggggggggh -- stupid math!"
--Amanda, 10

"No not really. I do a little bit, but I just fool with my pencil when I try to think of the answer. So I don't really get nervous!"
--LivALittle, 12

"Yes I get stressed! I don't think there is anyone in the world who would not be stressed about a test! I deal with it by studying hard! :P Byez!"

--HPluver, 11

"I scored HIGH on the MSA testing (Maryland State Assessment). Advice: stay cool, don't panic."
--Michael, 12

"I always get stressed for final exams. I just took one and I think I made a really low grade on it. It was really confusing. I keep telling myself that I have to study more and now that it is a new 6 weeks I can start out fresh."
--Kathy, 11

"I don't get stressed when I take tests because I almost really do think it's just like any other paper. Besides, I've never gotten any grade below a B. But sometimes my teacher will pick out the hardest problems and say If you can get all these right you don't have to do the assignment.' I get really nervous. Today she did that and I was so nervous my hand was shaking! And I already had to write with my left hand because my right arm is broken (I'm right handed)."
--MaydayMK, 10

"When I stress about a test I tell myself if I stress I'll get a bad grade because stressing only means you don't believe in yourself."

--Zoe, 9

"Well I'm always fine during a test, like I.S.T.E.Ps, and my bff Susan says peppermints help, so I tried one while I was taking a test, and hey! It worked! I just know that sometimes too much testing in one day is BAD! Once last year we were taking a test and the guy in back of me THREW UP because he was so stressed! I felt like super bad for him."
--HisGirl101, 11

"Stop, look at something that is not moving, and count to 10. It helps to calm you down."
--Sara, 10

"I don't get stressed too much before tests/exams. The most important thing is not to rush! Be calm, and think logically."
--Monique, 11

"I never relly get stress about tests, not even standardized tests like ISTEP. Everybody else, like teachers and my folks, are the ones who get worried about these tests."
--Martha, 11

"I have been getting at LEAST two tests a month since grade 3 (excluding spelling tests!). I'm in grade six now, and on the very first day my teacher gave us a spelling test, but it didn't bug me because I have always been great at spelling without any studying. Right after, though, we had a math test! Next day, another math test! And a French test, and on Friday a SS test! We didn't get any warning. They did it to test our skill level. Now we get pop quizzes all the time. We have to set aside an hour every night for studying, even if there is no test, especially since I am in a gr. 6/7 split, and there are 9 gr. 6's and 20 7's!."
--Monica, 11

"When I was in gr. 3, we were worked very hard since I was in a 3/4 split with only about 8 gr. 3's. I was studying for a science test on our ears. I memorized all the parts of the ear, how they function, etc. I recited so much in my room that my mom thought I was doing Voodoo and raced up the stairs screaming! The next day, not even half the stuff I studied was on the test. I passed with a perfect score and I was one of the first people done, with plenty of time to spare. Just keep at it!"
--Angie, 11

"I am a top student in my grade, but when it comes to taking tests, the last few years I have been doing not as good as I used to. I want to kick it up a notch, like I used to."
--Laura, 10

"I tell myself 'good luck!' and do it!"
--Megan, 9

"I don't get scared before writing tests but I get really scared and frustrated when I study for them. It takes me forever to know everything. So what calms me down is either a really deep breath or I type out a study sheet and highlight important dates and info to make it more pretty and fun to learn."
--Melanie, 12

"MSA's (AKA, Maryland State Assessment) is always tough on me."
--Michael, 12

"I'm in 6th grade and I'm in the jr high school. It's really hard taking tests but to get through it you just need to practice the things you need to know. I deal with it by studying. I'm getting a D- in science now but I'm doing every thing to get an A+. P. S. Don't give up!"
--Katie, 12

"Yeah I get stressed, but then I just think to myself: doesn't everyone?"
--Jade

"When it's time to study, of course I do. I mean, who has time to study when you could be doing even funner things?"
--Sam

"Tests aren't really that hard for me 'cause I'm straight 'A' student. But I do help out with studying with my friends, even though most of them are jealous of me. EXCEPT that I hate science tests. But I don't hate my teacher, she's really nice. That's all I really think!"
--Y-nhu, 10

"Now that I'm in Grade 6, my teacher hinted that we will get quite a bit of tests. I have 2 to study for already! My advice is to stay calm and take everything in steps rather than trying to swallow it all at the same time. You'll just get confused. And when you've made some progress, reward yourself. It will keep your confidence level up. And when the big day comes, stay cool. You'll get through it fine. After all, you've just studied!"
--Anonymous, 11

"SHHH! I'm studying!"
--Crazyperson, 12

"When I get stressed I remember the A in M.A.P.S. It is Can Do, not Can't Do! Then I try, and before I know it I get a 100%.
--Hadrian

"Heck yeah! But there isn't much I can do about that test stress, so I just take it, get it over with, and be relieved when it's over with."
--Kiki

"Once, I was in a big hurry to get on the bus and I forgot my book. Tomorrow was a big test. So that night I hade to beg my sister to tell me about that subject. The next day while the teacher wasn't looking I studied. I got a good grade!"
--Mad, 10

"Well I don't get stressed, I just get excited."
--Judy, 9

"(Sadly) I do. What I do is nothing. I do better with stress than without it (I tried it)."
--Meredit, 11

"Yah, I'm ALWAYS stressed about tests. I usually repeat a calming phrase like Everything's ok' in my head while I take the test, so I don't freak out."
--QueenKitten

"I just eat and play with my puppy Chihuahua Baby."
--Allison, 12

"I don't like tests. They make me angry!!!"
--Emma , 13

"Only on the NJASK."
--Anonymous, 9

"Ummm, I just deal with it and go with the flow."
--Judy, 9

"Yes, one time I was really worried about a history test. The night before my teacher would be passing the tests back, I had this nightmare that I got a 61% on it. But the next day when I got it back, I had a 100!!!! I was so happy that I almost cried LOL!"
--Hannah, 13

"If I'm worried about a test, I just ask my mom or dad to help me study. That makes me a little less nervous and more confident that I'll do well."
--Madison, 11

"The best thing to do is to just study hard and have confidence. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!! And if u get a bad grade if u studied hard, try harder next time!"
--Minie, 11

"When I have a test at school I start freaking out. And like the teachers tell you that it's gonna be a part of your grade through life. But like what I do is have my own little space, and if people are talking I just focus on the test cuz like when people are talking it makes you lose attention, and I start getting nervous so like I have my own little bubble. And I choose a topic and do it like the test is in writing. I just focus on the subject and I calm down. That works for me!!!!"
--Laura, 11

"No. I don't have to deal with it, ha ha ha!"
--Jonathan, 12

"Yes, and I eat. That is why I am so fat."
--Ryan11, 11

"One thing that's really weird about me is that I NEVER get stressed over tests. I barely even study. And yet I always get an A or B. Isn't that weird? I don't know why. Maybe it's because I'm a pretty good student anyway so one bad grade isn't exactly going to hurt."
--MistressOfAllEvil

"Only on ISTEP testing. Other than that, no! How I deal with it is that I tell myself that I can do it, and I study. When you're stuck, skip it and come back, or guess. Hope this helps!"
--Lili, 10

"When I get stressed during a test, I stop and take a couple of deep breaths. It usually helps."

--Livigirl, 12

"When I have a test, and I know it, I do get pretty stressed sometimes. The best thing to do is stay in school and listen to your teachers. If you listen and don't go into what my teacher calls La La Land' then you will understand what you should do on the test. Study! If you have time, study with a parent. Parents can help you with so much-"
--Kitty, 11

"I get really stressed out before taking a test. I get weird questions in my head about the test paper. 'What if I fail?,' 'What if something that I don't know comes in the test paper?' I even dream that I am failing the test, and because of this most of us don't sleep at night. I would suggest that we must get plenty of good nights sleep before the test. It helps, believe me. I tried that. I listen to some soft music and then I sleep thinking positively. It's really good to think positive."
--Zoya

"Now it's a new school year and a lot of people are worried about tests. I was already worried about a test. When we were having a spelling test I thought I might get a bad grade, but no -- I got a 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
--Hannah

"I get stressed and anxious for pretty much everything, but test-wise I usually just do my very best and I don't feel bad as long as I know I did what I could."
--Kat

"I just play computer."
--Ryan, 12
