• Work together to come up with a "You Said It" submission for this topic.

• Together, print and complete the Word Search.

• Print out the IML Journal page "Team Sports." Complete it together or encourage your child to complete it on his/her own.

Discussion Questions:

• Is there a “team sport” that you’re interested in trying? Would you like me to help you find a place or club where you can get started?

• Why do you think you would enjoy this more than other sports? What do you think you would get out of it?

• When you’ve played team sports in the past, what did you like about them? What didn’t you like?

• When you’re on a team, what kind of responsibility do you have to your teammates? How do you think you could benefit from being a member of a team?
