You take off like a world champion runner and try your best to catch up with the school bus. The kids in the back seat yell and wave you on, and it looks like the bus is slowing down to pick you up! Suddenly, your sneaker hits a patch of slimy mud. SPLAT! You've fallen face-first into a huge mud puddle.
The bus driver tries not to giggle as you climb onto the bus, but the other kids aren't so nice. They seem to think your wet, gooey clothes are the funniest thing they've ever seen.
